In January 2009, SHF took over corporate advisory business of Oakhill Hamilton Pty Ltd in relation to companies wanting to list on either the ASX or the NSX. Oakhill Hamilton Pty Ltd continues to provide company secretarial services and is a Nominated Adviser (NOMAD) to the National Stock Exchange (NSX).
SHF can support companies with the provision and raising of seed capital and general facilitation of those wishing to list on the ASX or the NSX.
SHF is also able to assist with:

due diligence work for stock exchange IPOs and post IPO fund raisings
financial assessment of projects and companies and the commercial aspects of joint ventures
